Aquatic "monster" panic with snakehead and turtle body | Chronic

The mystery began on February 9 in a major city in southern China, where images of a strange creature were recorded.

The fish, observed in Baiyun Lake, in Guangzhou City, had a striking anatomy.

One of the witnesses who could see the animal, thought it was a turtle, because the water was protruding in the back, but then pulled his head and it looked like a reptile.

"The back part looked like a turtle and she was black, then she showed her head and she looks like a snake head", he added.

Guangzhou Daily, local media, described the fish as an animal "fierce" and they badured that it is "a murderer in the water".

Due to the possibility that this animal could destroy the ecosystem of the lake, eating all the living things from the place, the park decided to capture it. After four days of research, the team managed to catch two jacaré fish, measuring between 1.2 and 0.9 meters long.
