The lawyer Carlos Nayi has criminally denounced the lawyer Cristina Kirchner

The lawyer of Cordoba, Carlos Nayi, accused his colleague Gregorio Dalbón, representative of the former president Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, of his accusations for his controversial statements about the consequences of a possible arrest of the Former president.

The complaint is for his controversial statements when he said that if CFK goes to jail, "The city will go out on the street" and "Rivers of blood will flow".

Carlos Nayi he said to Radio Miter Córdoba: "Gregorio Dalbon is a lawyer, also a specialist in criminal cases.The person who represents is nobody, it is our former president".

"The scope that this lawyer has given at the mouth of such demonstrations generates fear, intimidation, does not contribute to the independence of the judiciary and deserves an investigation"added the lawyer.

NayiHe also expressed: "I hope that justice will decide whether it is a crime or not. And if it is a crime to proceed appropriately against any other ordinary citizen".

The complaint was brought before Federal Prosecutor's Office No. 2, under the responsibility of Federal Prosecutor Gustavo Vidal Lascano.
