Shock and mystery for the death of the famous bodybuilder

He did not drink alcohol, he did not use drugs, he enjoyed exercising and he lived in the gym. His parents do not understand how Ben Hernett, only 37 years old, could have died so suddenly. The popular bodybuilder sought physical perfection while forming a family with his new wife Emma and his granddaughter Gracie.

The British athlete was found dead in the room of his home in Choppingtong, Northumberland, by his father, Ben, who could not believe what was happening. He informed the portal "The Chronicle Live" that his son "avoided alcohol and took up to eight meals a day to prepare for national competitions".

"It's devastating, our lives will never be the same again, losing a child who was father is not what it should be," lamented his mother, Tish. Hernett married his 24-year-old girlfriend Emma eight months ago. Together, they were parents of Gracie under five.

"Emma was her world, she was family oriented, she loved to be with us all," added her mother.

The bodybuilder who sought physical perfection was raised in Choppington with his sister Julie and began to reap the benefits of his training from 2008, when he debuted in the National Bodybuilding Championships.

It was from that year that he relegated his truck driver job to focus more on his physique than he had developed for more than a decade.
