Have you broken the screen of your cell phone? There is already a machine that repairs in a few minutes

At the Mobile World Congress 2019 (MWC), a machine capable of repairing in minutes, and without replacing the components, the broken glbad screens of cell phones were announced.

This is the DRS tool g, a product developed by the engineer Vincent Gioffre and marketed by the German company Black Rock Mobile.

This technology consists of two cylindrical machines with special slots for placing the devices to be repaired and an external helium compressor.

The process

Using gas, which reaches cryogenic temperatures of up to 180 degrees below zero, the first of the modules freezes the screen in between 3 and 8 minutes, depending on the model. After this process, the glbad separates from the device without much difficulty.

The second machine helps to adhere the new glbad to the phone, pressing the original panel. After another 10 minutes, the device is ready to be used. All this procedure is done via an application connected to a system.

Its price, certainly, will not be available for anyone (10 000 euros), but it can be used for professional purposes in technical services.
