"The solution has been sought in many ways," said Moreno. "We have sent high-level missions to all countries, foreign ministers have met in various forums, and we have proposed to reconfigure an agenda so that UNASUR focuses only on positive issues without the perverse politics of the so-called socialists of the 21st century ".
