You to whom our Lord educated the cabinetmaker and affirmed that you were well located,

Listen to my request vehemently.

I want you to help me now, as you have also helped your adopted son Jesus and that, like you with your crops and your skills, you have helped many others in housing.

I aspire to sell this (named house or property) in a fast, easy and beneficial way.

And I beg you to make my wish by bringing in a good customer, who is willing, who makes and who is decent, and welcomes me that nothing stops the quick completion of the sale.

Dear Saint Joseph, I know you would do that to me. For the mercy of your heart and full time, but my shortage is very serious now and must be done quickly.

San Jose, I will put myself in a difficult scenario, head in the dark and persevere as tolerated our Lord, until the name of the house or property is repeated.

We implore you to direct the necessary buyers so that we can execute the transaction with a favorable agreement for both parties and in the longest time.
