China. A teenager stabbed his mother to death because she killed her dog

A 13-year-old boy stabbed his mother to death because she had already killed her dog. The violent episode has occurred in China.

The event occurred last Saturday in Jainhu County. According to the South China Morning Post, the murderer was identified as Shao Fuming, who decided to take refuge in a restaurant, where he was arrested only 48 hours later.

The mother, named Yang Yan, was fatally wounded by stab wounds. Previously, the woman had killed her son because she wanted to discipline him, which triggered a fierce conflict between the two parties that resulted in a murder.

Under Chinese laws, children under the age of 14 can not be held criminally responsible. People between the ages of 14 and 16 can be arrested and charged with crimes such as murder, robbery and rape.
