CILE 2019: Launch of the Ibero-American Seminar on Journalism and Communication

As part of the VIII International Congress of the Spanish Language CILE 2019 to be held in the city of Córdoba and parallel to the Festival of the Word, the Ibero-American Seminar on Journalism and Communication will take place on Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th.

The main references of the two specialties will discuss the present and the future of the word as a right, value and human heritage. Participation is free but upon prior registration.

Promoted by the institutions of the CILE Organizing Committee, the Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI) and local universities with careers in communication, the seminar will be held in the emblematic hall of the Americas of the Argentine Pavilion of the National University of Córdoba.

Over the course of these two days, six thematic panels and two conferences will be developed by leading Latin American specialists and more than 20 training workshops, which will include panellists' participation in the teaching proposal of the main educational institutions. The workshops will take place in the different venues of the organizing institutions in the morning, while the group exhibitions will be held in the afternoon, exclusively in the Hall of the Americas.
