What article 187 of the Constitution says that thousands of Venezuelans ask daily

Millions of Venezuelans rise up against the dictatorship that commands at the hands of a murderer Nicolás Maduro. Millions of people have already had to emigrate because of the humanitarian and economic crisis that is bleeding the country. And a large part of them prays for the application of Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

It is because in Article 187, clause 11, the magna carta is clear: it allows the opposition to ask foreign military forces to intervene on Venezuelan territory. This point may be requested by the National Assembly, the same as Juan Guaidó, the acting president, leads.

Guaidó dismissed that possibility on 9 March, when Maduro prevented dozens of trucks carrying tons of humanitarian aid – mainly food and medicine – reaching millions of hungry Venezuelans.

In the last hours, after being seen parading in the streets of the Russian missile armament of Caracas, the voices came back to ask for foreign aid. # Art187Num11 it was the hashtag used to convey the distress of the inhabitants who see another opportunity to get rid of the dictatorship.

"It is unusual and regrettable the silence of the Assembly before the extermination in Venezuela. What do you expect from others? More dead? More prisoners? More exiles? It's time to understand that we are fighting against drug traffickers and terrorists"said Ricardo Enrique Diaz Olavarria, Venezuelan leader in exile.

For the political leader María Corina Machado It is imperative that you badume the responsibility of activating the Constitutional Article before it is too late. "Recognizing that we can not alone does not mean that the process is externally driven. Venezuela's leadership and responsibility for liberation belongs to Venezuelans. Therefore, the National Assembly must also badume its responsibility and activate Article 187, number 11"of the constitution.
