Federal Court 5 (TOF 5) has not yet defined whether it allows Florencia Kirchner stay 45 more days in Cuba. Although the judge has requested the intervention of the forensic body, the prosecutor of the case only recommends to approve an extension of 30 days.

Judge Daniel Obligado, head of the TOF following the situation of Florencia Kirchner, intervened with the forensic body to badyze the state of health of Cristina Kirchner's daughter and determine if she could go to Argentina.

The doctors of the court asked for the complete medical file and pointed out that they should see Florencia, according to Clarín. However, they pointed out that since there is a medical profession that recommends not traveling, this diagnosis should not be underestimated.

To integrate

Unlike medical recommendations, prosecutor Diego Velasco decided to recommend a 30-day extension.

Velasco's request comes up against the presentation of Carlos Beraldi, a lawyer for the Kirchner family, who has asked for a 45-day stay in Cuba.

Until now, the TOF 5 had granted Florence a deadline until the end of March. The situation should therefore be solved in the coming days.
