The Secretariat of the agri-food industries of the nation has published in the Official Journal in its resolution 112/2019, in which it defined "the procedure to be followed by those interested in exporting the balance of 15,000 tons of boneless vaccines ( chilled or frozen) destined for the United States ".

It should be recalled that the government of this country has allocated to Argentina a quota of 20,000 tons and that the first 5,000 were installed in January, according to the criterion "first come, first served".

To complete the total quota, Agroindustria decided to repeat this criterion and set September as the deadline to submit "a definitive quota distribution proposal for the business cycle starting on 1 January 2020".

The regulation details step by step the requirements that must be met by refrigeration companies interested in exporting to the North American market.
