New massive blackout in Venezuela: Caracas and 21 states of the country are in the dark

In social networks, many users are reported to have lost electrical service after 19:00 in eastern states like Anzoategui, in the north like Aragua, in the west like Zulia and in the surrounding area. Caracas: Vargas and Miranda.

For years, Venezuela has been experiencing power outages that have become more and more frequent to the point that on March 7, there was a mbadive failure that virtually kept the country in the dark until it stopped. the government can control it five days later.

The executive then declared that a sabotage in the control room of the Guri hydropower plant, the main one of the country, was at the origin of this failure.

Maduro then directly accused the United States and the Venezuelan opposition of "sabotage", further claiming that there had been "electromagnetic" attacks against the electrical system.

Then, when the blackout occurred on March 25, Chavismo again denounced the sabotage and badured that the Guri had been attacked with the help of a long-range rifle.

The Venezuelan opposition has criticized the Maduro government for the system's failures, saying the inefficiency and mismanagement of the millionaire resources for the electricity sector were the real causes of the reduction.
