Auction of land. The state sold a property in Palermo for $ 4.5 million

The national state
raised 4,500,000 USD after the auction of a land of 727 square meters located in Palermo. The inverted group was awarded to the property, upon payment of the basic price stipulated in a public auction organized by the State Property Administration Agency (AABE).

As indicated by the agency, the remaining firm with the land was the only bidder to go to the auction.

The auctioned property is located at the intersection of Godoy Cruz and Soler Streets in Palermo and Playas Ferroviarias de Buenos Aires S.A. Its property value is located near Libertador Avenue, Santa Fe Avenue and Juan B. Justo Avenue. In addition, it is an area of ​​heavy traffic of vehicles and pedestrians.

This is the second land purchased by the developer in the area where it is realized
the Palermo Green urban project, which includes construction projects in 35% of the premises. As stipulated by the AABE, 65% of the area must be allocated to public spaces.

The dividends generated as a result of the auctions will go to the Sociedad Anónima Playas Ferroviarias of Buenos Aires S.A. according to the participation of its shareholders (FGS and AABE), as explained in
