An unskilled candidate has announced that he will win the elections with 70% of the vote and he must be believed because it is Evo Morales, the manipulator of the laws that dictates to his convenience, who uses justice for that the judges take it in his favor. and that he has put in place an electoral system with the same plan already used by the dictators of Venezuela and Nicaragua. It is the Bolivian electoral dictatorship that is shamelessly evolving in the election process for Evo Morales, who will run for the fourth time in a row with the active participation of active opponents.
The dictatorship of Cuba created and runs the regimes that now control Venezuela, Nicaragua and Bolivia using the model of simulated democracy, baduming that when there are elections, there is a democracy, when human rights and fundamental freedoms are not respected according to the law, there is no division or independence of public authorities, there is no 39, free political badociation, there are political prisoners and exiles, the total control of the state is used to exercise transnational organized crime.
In this model, Evo Morales set up the "electoral dictatorship" in Bolivia. I have conceptualized electoral dictatorship as "a political regime that, by force or violence, concentrates all political power in a person or in a group, represses human rights and fundamental freedoms and uses elections as a means of simulation and propaganda to stay indefinitely in power. "
In the electoral dictatorship, elections are the disguise with which the absolute owner of power, the dictator, seeks to conceal his true nature. These are controlled and manipulated elections. The manipulation includes the existence of "opposition candidates" whose role is to legitimize the dictator as the badured winner. In the electoral dictatorship, the dictator has all the legality in his favor because he created it and adapted it to the extent of absolute control of the legislative, judicial and electoral powers, as is currently the case in Bolivia. .
Under these conditions, those who are willing to serve as opposition candidates perform an act of criminal participation, because they perpetuate the dictator in power. That is why they are "functional adversaries", that is, false opponents, because they play the game of the official candidate dictator, they are subordinated to the regime, they depend on it, they are linked to the dictatorship to which they are useful and serve in order to simulate a democracy that does not exist and elections in which you vote but do not choose.
In his desire to present his candidacy for the fourth consecutive time, Evo Morales modified the Constitution and liquidated the Republic of Bolivia by supplanting it by the Plurinational State. In this chain of crimes summed up in my column "The Republic of Bolivia and the crimes that the dictatorship calls the constitution" of February 10, 2019, to favor Evo Morales violated the constitutional prohibition of "total reform of the constitution" and violated the mandate that "the president may be re-elected only once after at least one constitutional period has elapsed".
The borrowing of constitutional identity to allow re-election of Evo Morales was made with the laws of Carlos Mesa and when the Senate Speaker was Oscar Ortiz, both presented today as the main opposition candidates and without the active and direct participation of which Evo Morales had to leave power in January 2011, because he would not have had a constitution or a constitution that would have destroyed the rule of law in Bolivia.
Including Mesa and Ortiz, all the candidates who appear today as opponents have proven that they were "functional candidates" with the shameful act of consenting to Evo's candidacy Morales, a disabled member, and their participation in the "Bolivian primary elections" to which the BBC News called "the unusual vote in which all candidates won and no competitor competed with each other". If the functional candidates had not participated in this farce, Morales would not be legitimized as a candidate and would be alone with his dictatorship in evidence.
Functional candidates can still participate in the return to democracy in Bolivia by withdrawing from an election campaign in which they also have no option to win.
