They arrested an Argentinean wanted in France for cocaine trafficking on a sailboat

A 43-year-old man accused of having participated in trafficking more than a ton of cocaine from the Caribbean to France in 2017, was arrested by Interpol agents of the Argentine Federal Police ( PFA) in Rosario.

"The narco is Argentinian and he was a fugitive from justice." At the request of Interpol France, he had admitted more than 1,000 kg of cocaine in this Caribbean country.Said Public Safety Minister Patricia Bullrich in her social networks.

According to other sources, the arrest occurred on Saturday afternoon, near the home of the suspect's mother, in the neighborhood of Oroño and Urquiza boulevards in Rosario.

In June 2017, the investigation allowed the dismantling a transnational cocaine trafficking operation in boats from the Caribbean to the French beaches of Mimizan.
