1. Live Christ, our hope, and he is the most beautiful youth of this world. All that
He touches, he becomes young, he becomes new, he fills with life. So, the first words that I want to address
to each young Christian: he lives and wants you alive!

2. He is in you, he is with you and never goes away. No matter how far you go, there is the Risen One, who calls you and waits for you to start again. When you feel old with sadness, grudges, fears, doubts or failures, he will be there to give you strength and hope.

3. To all young Christians, write this Apostolic Exhortation with love, that is, a letter that recalls certain beliefs of our faith and encourages us at the same time to grow in holiness and spirituality. commitment to our own vocation. But as it is a milestone in a synodal journey, I also address all God's people, their pastors and their faithful, because the reflection on youth and for youth brings us together and stimulates us all. Therefore, in some paragraphs I will speak directly to young people and in others I will propose more general approaches to ecclesial discernment.
