The new pbadports issued by the United Kingdom no longer include the words "Union of the European Union" (EU) since March 30, when the country should have left the bloc of the EU, announced the Ministry of the Interior.
The document has the same color and a design very similar to the old. Thus, by removing the reference to the European Union, some British citizens coming to renew their pbadports in recent days have not noticed the change.
A spokeswoman for the Interior said the new model would be maintained, even if there were still old pbadports that would continue to be used until they were completed.
