Lagarde: "Argentina comes out of the bottom of the crisis" | Chronic

Christine Lagarde, head of the International Monetary Fund, gave a press conference in Washington and showed himself optimistic about the work of the government led by Mauricio Macri. In this regard, he stated that "Argentina comes out of the bottom of the crisis" and he thought it would be silly "turn your back on the work that is done".

The latter said this by referring to any candidate running after the elections this year, believing that whatever his choice, he should support the plan implemented with the help of the Fund. The plan, he insisted, is working and will revive the economy.

"We are starting to see that the program really works, we estimate that the Argentine economy is about to rebound"said Lagarde at the annual meeting of the IMF and the World Bank in Washington.
