Garcia's legal situation is complicated after last Sunday the Odebrecht company, under the terms of the collaboration agreement with the Peruvian justice, revealed that Nava and his son Jose Antonio Nava had received 4 million dollars from the company to complete the contract to build the line 1 of the Lima metro.
