"This symbiosis between society and the police was fundamental"added the official who explained the operation of the neighborhood network in the People's Municipality of Mexico.
"In all districts of Neza, the municipal police have organized a network of neighborhoods and must sign a pact to improve neighborhood safety, which means that they form a WhatsApp group, they share phones, the pact states that anything that is suspicious or likely to happen must be communicated to the police."
Amador said that after receiving Antonio's call, the soldiers had decided to monitor the house until the couple appeared with the girl.
"Once the cops realized that there was a chance they observed, they played, they were received and when they confirmed what the neighbor saidthey badured them well and warned them that they would be made available. "
The couple did not resist. "The situation was not confrontational", he added.
Estela Merino "N", 35, and Antonio Hernández "N", also aged 35, badured that the girl had been sold 6,000 pesos.
The authorities are looking for the woman to be the same as the one shown in the video and, although the probability is low, both Estela as Antonio will face criminal charges, even if the Nancy family he refused to complain.
"We do not know If Estela is the same woman in the video. Apparently, it's not the same thing, but we're looking for, I hope the neighbors do not report it and we make it available to the authorities, "said Amador.
