Unusual: they unearthed a man who died nine days after hearing cries in his grave

An unusual episode occurred in Colombia after the discovery of a dead man for nine days. All for a dream and for hearing screams coming out of his grave.

This is what happened in Llorente, in the border town of Tumaco, when the family of Fidel Pantoja decided to take him to the cemetery where he was.

Pantoja died on April 7 after going to the hospital. He had arrived because of a lung disease, although the cause of his death was a major bleeding. But one of his 10 year old son dreamed that his father was alive.

The child said that his dream was so strong and "so real" that a rumor started circulating throughout the neighborhood. Even Pantoja's wife, Maria Gladys Marin, had a nervous breakdown and was hospitalized for believing that her husband was still alive.

Hundreds of people spread the news and many of them went to the cemetery to see if they received any "signal" from this man. What happened was incredible: some said they heard "screams" from the grave.

The testimonies of the population and the dream of the child were sufficient reasons for the family to decide to remove the body from the grave. "I will wait until it happens because it will happen," said the woman to El Tiempo.

Over the hours, more and more people approached the coffin to hear the "screams". When they arrived, the vault's lid was open. The body of Antoja was in perfect condition, with no signs of decomposition, although his face was burned (due to the humidity of the municipality of Nariño).

At that time, almost everyone began to escort the casket, while they took him to the hospital where he would be controlled again. "It's a miracle, a miracle of Holy Week!", They shouted.

However, the miracle did not happen. The doctors revealed that he was without vital signs. Now, they seek to clarify the causes of his death and the origin of the noises.
