Kim Kardashian's sincere tribute to a new anniversary of the Armenian Genocide

In addition to being one of the most exposed women in the United States, Kim Kardashian tells a story that few people know, and goes back over 100 years ago. On April 24, 1915 marked the beginning of the so-called Armenian Genocide, a period of eight tragic years in which the Turkish government persecuted, tortured and murdered about two million Armenians. The paternal great-grandparents of the Kardashian escaped of the murder, and they made a new life in Los Angeles.

Before the arrival of a new birthday, Kim decided to remember the date with a message across your Twitter account. "We promised never to forget the Armenian Genocide"Wrote the model, next to a flag of his country of origin.

Also, the tweet he was accompanied by a purple flower called miosotis, better known as forget-me-nots. This image was chosen as a symbol to recall the first centenary of the Armenian Genocide, in 2015.

Kim has always kept her Armenian roots alive and, in 2015, she went with her sister Kourtney Kardashian to the city of Yerevan, where she visited a memorial in the honor of the victims.

Kardashians live by exposing their daily lives, and although many may criticize them for their ostentatious frivolity, expressions more related to more intimate and spiritual matters are also allowed.
