One dead and three wounded during a shooting in a synagogue in the United States

One person died and at least three were injured during a shootout in California, United States, when a A man fires in a synagogue in Poway where the faithful were preparing to celebrate the Pbadover.

"We have had four people injured by gunshot. We have a death The rabbi was touched by hand. As I understand it, none of the other injuries are life threatening, "said Mayor Steve Vaus at the MSNBC cable television network.

Authorities said the San Diego County officers had received an incident call shortly before 11:30. The wounded were transferred to the Palomar Medical Center Hospital.

The attack was condemned by the President of the United States, Donald Trumpwho warned that he did not have too much information but that all suggested that it was a "hate crime".

The mayor wrote in his social networks: "Hate does not belong in any community … except Poway. We will hug and go through this tragedy as the family we have always been and will always be. #PowayStrong"

The shooting took place six months after the murder by a shooter at a Pittsburgh synagogue, as part of the deadliest attack against the Jewish community in the history of the United States. The mayor confirmed that because of the fact a man was arrested.
