Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino López also denounced a "coup d'etat movement aimed at filling the country with violence", led by "cowards" and "traitors". López leader of the Voluntad People's Party Of which Guaidó is also a part, he served a sentence of almost 13 years in prison under house arrest, following an uprising against Maduro in 2014.
