Jaime Osuna, a convicted murderer incarcerated in the state of Corcoran in California, United States, brutally tortured and beheaded to his cell mate, said Kings County Attorney Phil Esbenshade.

Osuna was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole after pleading guilty in 2017 to having killed Yvette Pena, 37, in a Bakersfield motel in 2011.
Romero also filled a conviction for life for a murder in Los Angeles County, but with the possibility of parole.
