The acting Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Josep Borrell, said the government "limit"the political activities of the Venezuelan opposition leader Leopoldo Lopez, which is located in the residence of the Spanish Ambbadador to Venezuela.

Borrell repeated that Spain "will not deliver"in Lopez to the Venezuelan authorities, despite the fact that the Venezuelan Supreme Court issued a arrest warrant Thursday.
He also recalled that Lopez is in the diplomatic legation as "guest"and can not ask for political asylum because Spanish law allows it only from Spanish territory.
The minister also revealed that he had talked about the situation of López with the regime of Nicolás Maduro, with whom he maintains a "courteous relationship", despite Spain has recognized as acting president the opposition Juan Guaidó.
