The Supreme Court of Venezuela in exile has repudiated the "arbitrary detention" of Edgar Zambrano

The Supreme Court of Justice of Venezuela (TSJ) in exile repudiated the "new violation of parliamentary immunity"deputies of the National Assembly and detention"arbitrary and unconstitutional"the first vice president of the body, Edgar Zambrano.

"This high court of the Constitutional Chamber in summary issued on April 26, 2019, file SC-2017-001, established that any action emanating from the usurped Supreme Court of Justice operating in the city of Caracas and fraudulent and irritates the 39: National Constituent Assembly it is null and non-existent", says the statement of the TSJ in exile.

"State security agents who violate or undermine the Constitution and laws of the Republic, they will have criminal, civil and administrative responsibility for their acts, without being excused by the fulfillment of the illegal orders of superiors, "he added.

Patrols of the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (Sebin) they surrounded the vehicle in which the opposition MP was traveling, near the headquarters of the Party of Democratic Action (AD), at La Florida, in Caracas.

"I warn whoever ordered this action will have to bear the consequences of crimes that are not prescribed," he added.
