For the fifth consecutive year, Rhean Franklin, Ainsley Peters and Rylie Hughey speak on camera to demonstrate that the disease is not life-threatening.

The history of Rhean Franklin, 11 years old, Ainsley Peters, from 9 and Rylie Hughey of 8 emotional and is a sign of courage and the importance of overcoming fears. Once in remission, they continued the photo sessions to give hope to people with this disease.

The Three girls from Oklahoma became friends while they were receiving cancer treatment. Later, and thanks to the call of photographer Lora Scantling, they sought to give cancer visibility to the child. In the last two years, he has joined the trio Connor Lloyd, age 4, with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

At little Rhean, the doctors told her that her hair would not grow because of the intensity of the radiation she was treated with. In addition, his eyes are a little falling because the tumor was located in the brainstem.

In the case of Rylie, she has only one kidney, which is missing a part because of Wilms tumors diagnosed at two years. However, she leads a very active life: she dances the dance, she does gymnastics and she practices softball.

As with Ainsley, controls still need to be done twice a year to verify that the cancer has not re-appeared in the body. His favorite activities are singing, reading and cycling.

Little Connor has to go to the clinic every month to receive chemotherapy treatments and receive them daily at home. This situation will last until at least 2021, according to the doctors who take care of it.
