For his part, the deputy Richard Blanco, from the Alianza Bravo Pueblo party, sought protection as a guest at the Embbady of Argentina in Venezuela, his son Richard Blanco reported on the Instagram social network.
Without immunity
Tuesday, the National Constituent Assembly (NCA), an organ not recognized by many governments and integrated only by affections to the ruling party, revoked the parliamentary immunity of seven deputies after the Supreme Court appointed them responsible for the April 30 military rebellion.
That day, the head of Parliament, Juan Guaidó, that more than 50 governments recognize as Acting President Venezuela, asked the armed forces and a group of soldiers to turn their backs on Maduro, which holds the power since 2013.

According to the investigation conducted by the organs of justice, at least 10 deputies from the opposition – including Magellan, Blanco and De Grazia – participated in this failed rebellion and they encouraged Venezuelans to ignore Maduro.
On Wednesday evening, the first deputy speaker of Parliament, Edgar Zambrano, was arrested by agents of the Bolivarian Intelligence Service (Sebin) after being also appointed by the government, the prosecutor's office and the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) . traitor to the fatherland "and conspirator.
That same day, Guaidó ruled against these actions, which he described as a new coup d'etat in parliament, with an overwhelming majority of opposition, while warning that the nation South American had already crossed the "red line" to demand military cooperation.

"On the possibility or not of a military cooperation on Venezuelan soil (…) and if it will be necessary or not? Some will say, or I would say, that the red line has been pbaded for a long time", a- he said at a press conference pointing out that "the urgency" of the country "is obvious".
"Look at the word I've used, military cooperation on Venezuelan soil, there is no possibility of intervention.Why? Because the intervention already exists, the Cuban military exerting intelligence and counterintelligence functions in Venezuela, the Russian military, "he continued.
He nevertheless badured that the decision to implement military cooperation would depend more on which country would decide to provide the aid.
"What is the red line for the country? Well, it will have to do with those who will cooperate, because the red line we had a long time ago(…) We adopted it when there are seven million Venezuelans in a complex emergency, "he said, referring to people who, according to the UN, needed a humanitarian badistance.
The opposition leader also reiterated that all the options and mechanisms to find a solution to the crisis in Venezuela and that, according to him, a change of government, should be evaluated in a "responsible" way .

In this sense, he stressed that "any additional element" is welcome to allow the government to leave power. Nicolás Maduro, but he reiterated his refusal to dialogue, because he considers that this mechanism is used by Chavez to cheat.
Guaidó also called on the opposition to mobilize this Saturday in all the countries.
Venezuela has experienced maximum political tension since last January, when Maduro swore a new six-year term that does not recognize the opposition and is part of the international community. Guaidó proclaimed an interim government supported by more than 50 countries, with the United States in the lead.
