Dramatic rescue of a boy who drowned on the border between the United States and Mexico – 16/05/2019

The San Antonio Express-News newspaper reported Wednesday the rescue of four adults and five boys who tried to cross the river in inflatable pools for children near Eagle Pbad, Texas. The attempt failed and the improvised rafts were wrecked until the patrol arrived.

According to the local newspaper, the agents managed to get the migrants out of the river and then capture them.

This Wednesday, a two and a half year old Guatemalan boy died of apparent pneumonia in an American hospital. in which he had been hospitalized since he had crossed the border with his mother in early April, reported the US media.
