Teenagers aged 12 and 14 raped a young woman in Germany

A group of five teenagers aged 12 and 14 was arrested in Germany on charges of raping an 18-year-old girl. The case sparked a debate in Germany on reducing the age of criminal responsibility, currently in 14 years.

During the rape that took place last weekend in the city of Mülheim, five miners participated. The other three suspects are 14 years old. The facts shocked the country at the young age of the badailants, who in one group stuck the victim, aged 18, in a park and raped her.

The portal Milenio.com indicated that the events had unfolded in the night of last Friday, when the five miners, all of Bulgarian origin, had offered to accompany the young woman to see her walk alone and late. The young woman saw no danger in this group of children and accepted. He had to cross until he reached a forest area. There, they badaulted her, a hundred yards from the yard where the kids were having fun on the swings.

The girl was found by neighbors after an hour and the boys were quickly identified. The two 12 year olds were handed over by their parents. One of the 14-year-old badailants has a history of this type of crime and, for the time being, remains in custody because of the risk of re-offending.
