You need a saucepan, tap water, a glbad bowl, sugar if you're lucky and want to keep it, or salt if you feel that you have bad luck and want to change it. You also need rosemary and a cinnamon stick.

The ritual is to introduce all the ingredients into the pan and let it boil. Pour the contents into the glbad container and go around the house while releasing steam. When visiting the house, you must repeat "let out the bad and the good".

Then let the container sit in the kitchen to release all its aroma and clean the negative energies of the environment.
