"Cuarentano" captured, Otoniel's brother and man of confidence

"Man of Trust" and "Chief Financial Officer" of the Gulf Clan, the largest drug gang in the country, has been captured this Thursday, President Iván Duque informed.

The President badured that Carlos Mario Ugsuga, brother of the organization's chief executive, Dairo Antonio Suga, nicknamed "Otoniel", was captured as part of a "flawless intelligence operation" between the police and the army.
