A vegan woman denounced her neighbor for the smell of meat from her barbecues

A vegan woman denounced her neighbors and sent them on trial because of the constant smell of meat and fish emanating from her barbecues. He also sued for smoke from his cigarettes and, as if that was not enough, he accused him of being loud.

The event took place in Perth, Australia, and according to her own version, Cilla Carden believes that these acts are not just everyday acts, but do so deliberately to annoy her. "They put it right next to my party, so it smells like fish, and all I can smell, is fish," the woman told the local 9News channel.

Carden, a mbadage therapist who lives in Girrawheen, in the north of Perth, said the ongoing conflict stole his quality of life. He points out that he can not sleep and only wants to live in peace, the judicial procedure being extended since August 2017.

The President of the Supreme Court, Peter Quinlan, rejected Carden's appeal last month. The decision was made after reviewing all documents and disapproved of Carden's requests.

"Ms. Carden had a fair opportunity to present her case and the wise member of the court conducted the proceedings in a fair and appropriate manner," said the decision. The judge also encouraged all parties to "devote their considerable energy to resolving their disputes as best as possible".
