For the parliamentarian, the Kirchenrismo has three positions, that of Massa who is in favor of the report, that of Solá who says that Maduro is not a dictator but is in favor of the report and that of Cristina who says that the rights of the man are not violated. but, he warned that at Parlasur "they answer him and boycott the treatment".

The official pointed out that Bachelet had made an impeccable report on the impact on gender and the violation of the rights of girls and women by the Venezuelan crisis, but regretted that his peers "are distracted".
