The national government has confirmed three holidays "intended to promote tourism activity" 2020. These will be Monday, March 23, Friday, July 10 and Monday, December 7, which will function as "Bridges" train four-day weekends.
This was established by Decree 717/2019, published this Friday in the Official Journal. In total, there will be 16 holidays next year plus the three "bridge" added by the government.
The resolution specifies that these three days confirmed are holidays and not "non-working days", which obliges the agencies and public companies, as well as private companies, to grant the day to their employees or to settle it of the provided by law
