After long and controversial scrutiny, Joe biden was consecrated as the new President of the United States. The Democratic candidate defeated the current president, Donald trump, and several celebrities quickly came to celebrate the triumph on social networks.

One of the first figures was the founder of Microsoft, Bill Gates, who took to his Twitter account and wrote: “Congratulations to President-elect Biden and Vice President-elect Harris. Thank you to election officials and campaign agents who have worked tirelessly to ensure that a number record number of Americans being able to vote and be counting during such a difficult time for our country. “
