According to the former New York mayor, Dominion, the voting system used, is part of the Smartmatic company, whose founders are Venezuelans and “were allies of Hugo Chávez and are allies of Nicolás Maduro”. He said they were linked by the Spanish company Indra, which acted as an intermediary.

“Dominion is a Canadian company, but all of its software comes from Smartmatic. The machines have election software created in Venezuela to make sure they never lose an election. We use these machines, which can be manipulated. I hope they don’t turn us into Venezuela and steal the elections from the Americans, ”said the former mayor of New York.

Trump’s other lawyer, Sidney Powell said there were precedents to back up the claims, assuring that the system “was being exported to affect an election in Argentina”, without providing further details. “Machines make corrupt leaders willing to pay more to win elections,” Powell added.
