Coronavirus in Italy: deaths drop but infections increase

Italy today registered a further decrease in the number of daily deaths from coronavirus From Thursday’s peak, where 649 deaths were recorded, but the number of cases detected in the past 24 hours reached 19,903, a thousand more than yesterday.

So far, the number of deaths from the disease on Italian soil stands at 64,036, while the number of infected people is 1,825,775 people.
