The Brazilian government announced today that from December 30, Brazilians and foreigners disembarking at airports in this country must present a negative PCR test for the coronavirus to enter.
The executive indicated this in a resolution published in the Official Journal of the Union, which also announces that all land or river borders will be closed to non-residents or Venezuelans crossing the northern border.
Resolution 630 states that the negative test for Covid-19 must be taken at least 72 hours before boarding and the receipt must be presented to the airline.
The traveler must also complete a form indicating that he will comply with the sanitary measures in force in Brazil.
Since last March, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Health have maintained restrictions on the movement of land and water of people at the borders.
