Argentina is the country where the coronavirus less worry, according to an Ipsos Global Advisor survey. The study measures what are the world’s most pressing concerns. Almost half of those polled globally, 47%, say the coronavirus remains their main concern. But the striking fact is that in Argentina, only 17% express their anxiety about the Covid-19. In contrast, 46% of Argentines cite unemployment among their concerns, 41% inflation and 40% crime and violence.

Another Ipsos survey also reveals the countries most resistant to the application of the vaccine. There, the “champion” is France, where only four in ten people want to be vaccinated against Covid-19. In this study, carried out in 15 countries and with a sample of 18,526 respondents aged 16 to 74, the attitude of Argentinians towards the vaccine is not measured.

Only 40% of French people questioned would agree to apply the doses against the coronavirus. That number was down from a previous study published in October (54% were prone to getting the shot) and even more from August (59%).

France is not the only country where vaccination intentions are relatively low. In Russia, only 43% of respondents express their will to do so and in South Africa 53%. They are followed by Japan (60%), Italy and Spain (62%) and Germany (65%).

On the contrary, China It leads the countries where people are most likely to be vaccinated (80%), ahead of Brazil (78%) and the United Kingdom (77%), which began vaccination on December 8.

United States, where a large vaccination campaign has also started, it is the only country where vaccination intentions are increasing. Today, 69% of respondents want to do so, compared to 64% in October. President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris were vaccinated in public to raise awareness.
