Bill Clinton fell asleep and other curiosities from Joe Biden’s oath

On a stage mounted on the steps of the Capitol, Joe biden sworn this wednesday like 46th President of the United States. With the elected vice-president, Kamala harris, delivered his first speech as president in front of 1,000 citizens.
