The areas with warnings for rains and storms for this evening and Sunday correspond to the towns of Salta d’El Carmen, Ledesma, Palpalá, San Antonio, San Pedro, Santa Bárbara, Valle Grande, the low areas of Doctor Manuel Belgrano and Tilcara.

These alerts extend to the towns of Tucuman de Burruyacú, the capital, Cruz Alta, Famaillá, Graneros, La Cocha, Leales, Simoca, Trancas, Yerba Buena, the lower areas of Chicligasta, Juan Bautista Alberdi, Lules, Monteros and Tafí Viejo .

The National Meteorological Service said rains and storms are also forecast for the southeast of the provinces of Catamarca, La Rioja, northeast of Catamarca and in the lower area of ​​Chacabuco, Junín and Libertador General San Martín.

Likewise, towns east of Neuquén such as Loncopué, Picunches, Ñorquín, west of Añelo, Pehuenches and south of Chos Malal and Minas as well as the lower area of ​​Malargüe de Mendoza are included in this alert. In turn, storms and rains are forecast for the southeast of Chaco, the province of Corrientes, east of Entre Ríos and the northeast of the province of Buenos Aires.

Another alert with an orange level was issued by the SMN for a large part of the provinces of Córdoba, Santa Fe, south-east of Santiago del Estero and west of Entre Ríos. This alert indicates that areas will be affected by heavy or violent rains and storms, where accumulated precipitation values ​​between 40 and 80 millimeters are expected. Depending on the organism, the phenomena can be accompanied by intense gusts, hailstorms and significant electrical activity, the main phenomenon being the abundant waterfall over short periods.
