The dad Francisco received this Wednesday the second dose of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, thus completing the vaccination cycle against the coronavirus which began on January 13.

Jorge Bergoglio, 84, was one of the first Vatican staff to receive the second dose. The vaccination campaign, which takes place in the Paul VI room, a few meters from San Pedro Square, had the primary objective of vaccinating nearly 3,000 employees and relatives and the 800 inhabitants who live in the Holy See.
