Coronavirus in Mexico on February 19: 857 deaths have been recorded in the last 24 hours

On another side, 56,123 people (3%) experienced symptoms in the past 14 daysTherefore, they are considered active cases and may contribute to the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus among the rest of the population.

Regarding the saturation of hospitals, Dr Ana Lucía de la Garza Barroso, Director of Epidemiological Operations Research, indicated that 36% of general beds in the country are occupied. With this, the figure has decreased by one point compared to yesterday. In this direction, of the 31,549 beds without assisted breathing, 11,502 are in service and 20,047 are available. In addition, no state has reported an overall bed occupancy greater than 70%.
