In addition, Hakan had taken three credits on behalf of his wife, supposedly for doing extreme sports like skydiving; credits that the subject would not have to repay if the woman died.

Ultimately, the man was arrested and the Fethiye High Criminal Court ruled that he should remain in pre-trial detention for the premeditated murder of his pregnant wife.
