IGJ has not authorized the registration of the Mauricio Macri Foundation

The body led by Ricardo nissen argued that the name change “is rather presented as related to the use of a pre-existing legal structure, for personal and individual gain”.

In turn, he stressed that “the arguments provided by the entity do not have the necessary force for this public registry to admit the name change”.

Faced with this situation, he ordered a ban on the use of stationery, documents, presentations and executive acts bearing the name “Fundación Mauricio Macri” or his initials.

At the end of January, Macri had publicly presented the foundation dedicated to “working on various projects and initiatives, including, in particular, programs and incentives to promote quality education in the country”.

“Education cannot be the sole concern of teachers, of the ephemeral authorities who govern and even less of the unions. This is a fundamental issue for every family, which knows that the fate of their children will depend on what they learn at school, ”he posted on his Facebook account.

But shortly after, the deputy Rodolfo Tailhade assured that such a foundation did not exist because “it is not registered with the IGJ or at any of the addresses of the legal persons in the provinces”.

“There is also no registration process started anywhere. All the tips, like all the life and work of Mauricio Macri”, asserted the legislator.

Faced with this public complaint, we knew that a request was made to change the name of an existing one: the Fundación Cambio es Possible for the Promotion and Defense of Republican Democracy, Economic Development, International Integration and Gender Equity (CEPLA).
