Video: They caught a shootout between a father and his son in the United States – News

Mario Clark, 26, arrived this Friday at his home in the town of Coweta (Georgia) with the gun in his pocket.

The young man thought his father wouldn’t notice him, but he did and reacted immediately. Within seconds, the argument turned into a shootout which was recorded using the home’s security cameras.

According to reports, the father demanded that his son put down the gun, but when he saw that he was ignoring it and pointed it in his face, he looked for his own gun.

The man eventually managed to get Mario to the entrance to the house and, as the video shows, he escaped from there. His son, who is not in the shot, started shooting him while he was running.

Amidst the violence, the father called 911 and claimed that his son had shot him “on several occasions”.

“The father saw the gun print on his son’s clothes and that’s where this problem started,” Coweta County Sheriff’s Office investigator Toby Nix told Fox 5.

“Our patrollers were able to come into contact with the man outside the house and he still had the gun at the time,” he added.

In turn, he revealed that Mario was arrested at the scene and held in Coweta Prison, where he was being held on charges of aggravated assault, on $ 8,000 bail.

For his part, he confirmed that the father had acted in self-defense and will not be prosecuted.
