One and a half million AstraZeneca vaccines from the United States have arrived in Mexico

On Sunday evening, they arrived at Mexico City International Airport from the United States, AstraZeneca’s 1.5 million COVID-19 vaccines.

The Government of Mexico, led by Andrés Manuel López Obrador, agreed with the US 2.7 million doses. AeroUnion flight 501, from Chicago, Illinois, United States, landed at Terminal 1.

The antigen packaged in the North American country will be received by Pedro Zenteno, director of Brimex, and the charge d’affaires of the American embassy in Mexico, Jhon Creamer.

Marcelo Ebrard, Head of the Ministry of External Relations, reported that with this new shipment, 12 million 323,000 595 vaccines will be reached.
