This is not Faller’s first visit to Argentina, as in 2019 he visited the country and met the former Minister of Defense under the government of Mauricio Macri, Oscar Aguad, on issues related to cyber defense, at the drug trafficking, organized crime, among others.
After his visit to Uruguay, the visit of Faller, who will meet with Defense Minister Agustín Rossi tomorrow, is of particular importance after the talks that Foreign Minister Solá had with Blinken.
